FREIGHT DETAILS
Delivery to a business address or PO Box is most secure. If using a business address please include the name of the business in the delivery address details on the order form.
Within New Zealand
Allow 5 working days for your order to be processed, dispatched and couriered. Rural Delivery is by standard post, and generally takes an extra couple of days.
To Australia or the South Pacific
Orders are raced to you by airmail. Please allow approximately 7 -10 working days.
To the United Kingdom
Orders are sent by airmail and take about 10 - 15 working days to arrive. Prices include VAT & Duty. Packages are delivered by Royal Mail (1st Class). If nobody is home a card is left so you can collect from your local post office.
To the Rest of the World
Orders are sent by airmail and take 15 to 20 working days to arrive. You may have to pay local taxes or duties when the package arrives.
